Sprint Capacity Planning & Forecast

End User Terms

Effective 15 September 2026 · Applies to Sprint Capacity Planning & Forecast for Jira Cloud (the "App")

1. The agreement

The App is licensed to you under the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (Version 1.0) as adopted through the Atlassian Marketplace, together with the Provider-Specific Terms below. Where these Provider-Specific Terms and the Standard Agreement conflict, the Provider-Specific Terms control.

In the Standard Agreement, the "Provider" is Akash Ram, an individual developer, and the "Product" is the App.

Your purchase, trial, billing and refunds are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. The Provider does not process payments and does not see your payment details.

2. Provider-Specific Terms

2.1 What the App does with your data

The App reads and writes your Jira data as the signed-in user, and stores its own planning configuration in Atlassian-hosted storage. It has no servers of its own and sends no data outside Atlassian. Details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

2.2 Writes to Jira are yours

The App can create work items, change assignees, summaries, estimates and statuses, move items between sprints, and start and complete sprints — only when a user with permission to do so takes that action in the App. Every such change is made in Jira under that user's identity and is subject to your Jira permissions and workflows. The Provider is not responsible for changes made by your users.

2.3 Forecasts are estimates

Capacity, utilisation, confidence and forecast figures are calculated from the data in your Jira site and the availability settings your team enters. They are planning aids, not guarantees of delivery, and are only as accurate as the inputs. Decisions about people — including workload, performance or staffing — remain yours, and the App is not designed or warranted for making them.

2.4 Free tier, trial and licence lapse

The App is free for sites with up to 10 users, as configured on the Atlassian Marketplace. Larger sites receive a 30-day trial that converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled. If a subscription lapses, the App remains readable but stops saving changes until the subscription is renewed. Your stored configuration is not deleted on licence expiry.

2.5 Data on uninstall

Uninstalling the App deletes its stored configuration in accordance with Atlassian's Forge storage lifecycle — soft-deleted immediately and permanently removed after 28 days. The Provider holds no separate copy and cannot recover data after that period.

2.6 Support

Support is provided by email as described on the Support page. There is no service-level commitment beyond what is stated there.

2.7 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.

3. Trademarks

Atlassian, Jira and related marks are trademarks of Atlassian Pty Ltd. The App is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Atlassian.
